I am looking for a young female roommate to sublease my place together. It is a two bedroom, one bath duplex located in a beautiful and safe area. There is a kitchen and living room with an entry to the outside in each. I have furniture in the second bed room I am trying to rent out. I am willing to rent the furniture out or sell it depending on the circumstance. Rent is $580 a month for living, water, Internet, trash and furnishings of living room and kitchen. This does not include electricity. I am a very non-drama oriented person and keep the place cleans at all times. I don't care how dirty your room is but I like to keep shared living spaces clean.
