Applicants must possess the following:
? Industry Knowledge including HUD Regulations, Conveyance Condition, Photo Requirements
? Vehicle
? Tools (yard maintenance equipment, lock change tools, compressor for winterizations etc)
? Computer with high speed internet
? Digital camera
**All contractors are required to take proper photo documentation with a digital camera for each work order consisting of before, during and after photos - NO EXCEPTIONS**.
