Established musician ... I have relocated to the area looking to join a band or play solo. I play piano/ keyboard...Guitar... Clarinet... Trumpet....xylophone I like to play music from the 40's- xxxx... I am highly versatile. I have a degree in fine arts so I am classically trained but I am also able to play all genres of music.... Please NO RAP... NO Metal.... I'm more of a Journey, Heart, Chicago, Fleetwood mac, Sugarland, Eagles, Eric Clapton, carpenters, Kelly Clarkson, Whitney Houston, Pink, Donna Summer, dusty Springfield, Ella Fitzgerald and Big band swing music ETC ETC ETC... so if you don't see something you like that is on the list just ask me. myspace.com/classjazznote I have performed in over 50 assisted and independent living facilities, senior centers, nursing homes, and private functions, Bars, Restaurants and Hotels, Park Events, high schools, colleges and Walt Disney World and Epcot center. I have performed since xxxx, performing classic standards from the 30s-60's and modern classics from the 70's and 80's. Including performances of classic Broadway musicals. And even a couple modern musicals. I have been a success for 27 years of beautifully arranged performances. I have presented my shows, appearing as a solo pianist/vocalist or orchestral clarinet/trumpet. I am able to appear as a duo or a small band. The goal of each show is for this music to bring back great personal memories for the audience.
Some of the great artists and song writers that I often will cover in my show includes Frank Sinatra, Elvis Presley, The Mills Brothers, Patti Page, Louis Armstrong, Ann Murray, Carpenters, Rogers and Hammerstein, Petula Clark, Dusty Springfield, Beatles, Drifters, Pretenders, Platters, Dionne Warwick, Donna Summer, Monkeys, Olivia newton John, ABBA, Joni Mitchell, Barbra Streisand. Movie themes and Broadway show tunes, etc. etc.
I am noted for the fact that no two shows are ever alike. I am great at reading the crowd and improvising as necessary. I often introduce songs by telling some historical facts about the song and/or artist. I can also present different theme shows upon request.

Although I am usually a solo guitarist/vocalist act, my duo is also available by request, and includes male vocal/guitar/bass. I will work with each venue to develop a show that will fit the needs and budget of the program. Most shows are scheduled for an hour. Discounts are available for longer shows. In addition, my first appearance in any new venue is at a discounted rate. That way, there is an opportunity to see and hear what he does, before deciding whether he is the right choice for the venue's entertainment needs. His re-booking rate speaks for itself. References for me and my previous work are always available upon request.
