I am a New Wholesaler and after 1 week I have acquired 7 homes under contract in Cleveland and Columbus Ohio! I am so excited! I had no clue that I would find motivated sellers so fast and easy. 2 of these contracts have already gone to escrow! I am looking to continue to build my investor list with true investors whom have cash and ready are ready to buy. These properties are discounted. 2 of the properties have 2 units already rented out. Some paid rent there for more than 10 years. I have one that has 4 units which has a 3bd, 2bd, 1bd, and a single and all units are already rented with long renters as well. These homes have clean titles and no liens.
