Poor Elmina....she was found living in a cornfield, extremely malnourished. Elmina is very shy, and in poor condition. The staff is working hard to make sure she is putting on some weight, as she was extremely emaciated when the dog warden found her. Elmina is a beautiful girl who just needs a nice home where she will be taken of....come out to the shelter to meet her!
